Picking up your rented car

Required Documents

When picking up the vehicle, drivers must provide the following documents:
Car rental reservation confirmation
Valid Driving License and International Driving Permit (IDP)
Valid credit card
Passport (only when traveling to other countries)

Driving License: Driver must to have a license at least 2 (two) years.
Minimum age: Driver must be minimum 21 years old

Additional drivers

Be sure to list all the additional drivers of the Rental Contract when registering. Any damage done by unregistered drivers does not include insurance coverage. Multi-driver service may be subject to nominal cash fee.

Personal insurance

Personal insurance includes insurance of the driver and passengers in the vehicle under the conditions of the insurance company

Full insurance

Full insurance doesn’t include damage to interior, undercarriage of the vehicle, internal mirrors and tires.

Damage insurance

Damage insurance is not valid in the following cases:
The car is driven after alcohol or drugs.
In case of accident or damage no police report for insurance occurrence is presented upon returning the car.

In case of accident

First thing to do is call our telephone numbers which are written on the contract. Then call the Police (Tel: +389 192) and ask them to come and make evidence protocol.
